Malaysia - Mabul Island Water Village

On the east coast of Borneo (Sabah) lies a tropical island, Mabul Island, with a marine ecosystem so perfect and unique that it offers some of the finest diving in Malaysia.

Most people go to Mabul to dive Sipadan (only 15 minutes away by boat), that great pelagic sea mount made famous by Jacques Cousteau, home to the turtle tomb, thousands of live turtles and millions of schooling pelagics.
